He located a $20,000 problem behind some insulation that my Realtor is convinced most inspectors would have missed. At my request and after business hours, Robert called my contractor to facilitate the remediation estimate in time to meet a tight deadline for negotiations with the seller. During the inspection, Robert patiently and politely explained each issue he uncovered. Using his infrared sensor, he showed me places in the home where heat was escaping. We ultimately are not buying the home he inspected, and that is in part due to his thoroughness and findings. It was money very well spent. I absolutely would recommend Robert!

My home inspection was a terrific experience. Robert allowed me to follow him for most of the inspection and readily explained to this first-time detached home buyer the deficiencies he noted and how they should be fixed. He pointed out small problems that might become large problems in the future. His written report went into even more depth but was written clearly and included illustrations and photos. Robert was friendly, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. He answered all of your questions no matter how big or how small. Robert did a fantastic job with our home inspection. He is extremely knowledgable, friendly, thorough and professional. His report was delivered on the same day and was easy to read, very detailed, included pictures with arrows and diagrams and even is color-coded so you know where the big problems are! He has tons of special equipment and literally checks every square inch of the house. For us, he even had to crawl through the entire crawl space in the rain and still came out smiling! Robert was extremely professional and moved through the house in a very deliberate and thorough way. He shared with us his plan of examination, and let us ask as many questions as we'd like, while still conducting the inspection.
