We also go above and beyond the 24 required continuing education hours each year setting our minimum to 50 or higher. You can be sure that you will have a knowledgeable, professional and personable Certified Professional Inspector at every inspection. Armed with an array of the latest tools and gadgets, you can bet we will have a tool for any situation we come across. 

We use the best reporting software in the inspection industry. Our reports are not a generic checklist or pdf. Our reports are uploaded onto a secure server where they will be held for 5+ years. You will be emailed your very own login/password to access your personal dashboard. You can sign our Inspection Agreement online, eliminating unnecessary printing and providing you more time to look over the agreement you are signing. Our reports contain digital pictures and videos that can be enlarged when clicked. 

Need to request repairs for the Seller? We are the only company in the area that provides the Create a Repair List feature. You are able to create a list of items to be repaired right from the report, using our pictures and comments. No more retyping or hand writing and trying to explain the issue and what needs to be done. 
Your report will be uploaded the same day, typically less than a few hours after the inspection.
