Ryan Palmer

Ryan started building custom homes as a young teenager as he worked alongside his Dad. He became a licensed general contractor in the state of Arizona in 2003 and started his own company, R & K Custom Homes. Over the past two decades, Ryan has designed and built custom homes. He has also worked on  commercial projects, ranging from small bakeries to funeral homes and commercial warehouses.

With over 30 years of experience, Ryan has a unique ability to provide a thorough, knowledgeable, and complete inspection of your residential or commercial property. Because he has worked on projects from design to finish, he is familiar with every aspect of a building, from roof to foundation, and provides customers with a detailed inspection report they can trust.

Ryan is a licensed general contractor, a certified home inspector, and a member and Certified Professional Inspector with InterNachi.

Ryan is the exact professional you want to inspect your home! Being a former builder of homes, he knows exactly what to look for. Even better -he knows the materials, products and craftsmanship that goes into building a home. He knows how these products and materials are supposed to function and hold up over time and in the environment. As well, he knows the building codes!
