As a child, I chased lizards around the desert of Arizona. I caught tarantulas and horny toads. I’m a true Arizona boy. Though my parents moved me to the big city when I was a teen, it was never where I belonged. I got married and, on my wedding day, we closed on our home in Arizona. I packed up my bride, a U-Haul and drove West. Buying a house from out of state was stressful, but I had an amazing realtor and home inspector protecting my interests. A house, for me, was more than an investment. It was the place I would start a family. The place I would introduce my own sons to the joys of Arizona living. I wanted to be able to help others put down roots in this amazing place and help them feel secure in the home they chose for their adventure. I understand that for most people, buying a house isn’t just about money. It’s about knowing your family will be safe. It’s about knowing your children or grandchildren will be able to live there when you are gone. Home is family.
