We were extremely impressed with Tim's keen eye and attention to detail. He not only pointed everything out to us and carefully detailed the findings in his report, but he also took the time to thoroughly explain things to us and gave us tips for general maintenance and things to watch out for that we, as new home buyers, would not have known otherwise. He did not rush through any part even though the inspection took close to 3 hours. Then we were pleased to receive the report the same day.
