Mr. Cummingham is excellent to work with, very professional, and provides very timely reports/responses. I've had 2 properties inspected so far, and I can say that this has been the best investment I've made during this homebuying process. Shamiyah was very easy to work with in regards to booking the inspection all the way to the end product inspection report. He is very detailed orientated and not only worked with the other specialty inspectors onsite, but ensured that he pointed out the issues he observed that he recommended that they reviewed in more detail. The report was very detailed to include pictures and arrows added to the pictures to help see what he was identifying. The payment process was completed after the inspection itself was completed and was very simple and easy. I would highly recommend Shamiyah to anyone. This is my 6th house, and he is the most detailed inspector I have ever had before.
