I rarely write reviews, but thought I owed it to Mr. Russell and his team to do so. His ability to break the deficient items down and relay the information to me in a clear precise measure was appreciated. It?s one thing to get report, it?s another to interpret the items so you can make the decision as to what a show stopper or not.
The white glove service was awesome, and we felt like Mr. Russell was professional and ethical. The inspection was On spot (to our liking) and the final inspection website was perfect...
