I am a first-time buyer, so that means I have a lot of questions and concerns. I stepped out of my car and Tim greeted me with a smile and a friendly handshake. I stayed with him during the entire process. Tim addressed all of my concerns in a very polite and professional manner. He was very patient and explained all of the details of what he found during the inspection. After we left, I received the full inspection report-complete with photos and details-in a very timely manner. It was very easy to access the inspection report.
