Mike responded immediately to my request for an inspection and took the time to explain what was recommended, and what was at my discretion to inspect prior to booking the appointment. From phone call through contract and appointment the entire process easy and quick.
At the appointment Mike thoroughly reviewed the house from the TIP TOP to the sump pump explaining what he was looking at throughout the entire process and things to look for in the future, and probable maintenance. He explained at a high level what was to be expected in the report and how important some findings were.
I am confident with Mikes thorough eye to detail that i know what i am getting into with my house purchase. I could not recommend TIP TOP more.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the service Mike provided. My wife and I are buying a new home in Church Hill and chose Mike to do our inspections.He was on site before I got there and I’m always early. Mike is very professional and very knowledgeable. He was quick to answer all my questions and concerns and offered to be available to answer any questions I might think of later. I haven’t contacted him with anything yet but I have no doubt he will respond. Mike looked at every detail of the house and caught a few things to address that I would never have known to even look at. This was our first house that we were purchasing and were unsure of what to expect in regards to a home inspection.
