Todd's service was recommended to me by an acquaintance of mine who had previously had a good experience with House Doctor Home Inspection. Scheduling Todd's services was easy - he was able to get the job done two days after I contacted him, wow! Personal interaction on completion of his inspection at the site was good and left me with the impression that he knows what he's doing. His thorough report was delivered electronically on time as promised and it revealed some shortcomings in the home I was planning to purchase.
