Working with Atlas Home Inspections was delightful. Todd was able to accommodate a quick inspection date, sent us an email that night confirming the inspection time, location, cost, report timelines and a guide “what to expect from the inspection”. Todd arrived early for the appointment and started on the exterior. Todd is very knowledgeable, and he clearly enjoys the work, meeting people and sharing his knowledge. We asked a lot of questions and learned a great deal about the house and what work should be prioritized and what items required maintenance. The inspection was thorough and the written report, which arrived that evening, contained the information that Todd went through with us during the inspection along with a good selection of pictures with arrows (very helpful). The report can be used to obtain quotes and you can sort by category. I strongly recommend Atlas Home Inspections.
