Report is terse and incomplete. Just a lot of pics with very little elaboration. Focused more on some of the minor issues than the major issues. I have purchased many properties throughout my dealings in real estate, especially for rental properties, and I was surprised at the lower quality of this report than I have received from others.

Todd and Jim were a pleasure to work with. Very professional, prompt and knowledgeable. As first time home buyers we were nervous about the whole process. Todd took the time to talk on phone multiple times answering all the questions we had before actually scheduling the inspection. I knew exactly what I was getting if I was going to book with him from A to Z. We got on his schedule ASAP and the inspection process was a breeze. It took about 2 1/2 hours and we walked around the house with Jim and Todd during the whole process. We appreciated them calling our attention to the little things we may not have seem them do during the process. Being in the loop was awesome, we appreciate their honest unbiased feed back. The drone was a nice touch for detailed roof images. It was nice to hear about our house's flaws and features and learn how to take care of it. They were patient and thorough. We received our detailed Report the same night, and Radon report a couple days as promised. The report was very lengthy and contained details, pictures and videos of any potential problems. I would recommend using Todd to any new home buyer looking for an inspection. We will be contacting them in the future if we need advice or ever have any questions!
