We have never seen such a thorough report before. When we sold our house in August, the inspection report we received was so vague, so blotchy in the print...one phrase ran into another....it was totally a bad report altogether, but then again we did not hire that inspector, the buyers did...(the 1st buyers we had) and so, now that it's time for us with buying a house, we are so glad we had you do the inspection. The pictures included in the Inspection Report are priceless. Some home inspectors choose not to take pictures. It is very important to have these pictures as proof of the damage/problems that need to be taken care as soon as possible.
