As far as I could tell by reading the inspection report, he did a pretty thorough inspection of the home we are looking to purchase. This is an older home and has a lot of issues which need to be addressed. It seemed to upset my husband as I was reading the report to him, since there were so many issues regarding water inside and outside the house as plumbing and drainage are going to have to be addressed. This is a red flag to us, but we are certainly glad he found these issues prior to our purchase of this home.
