Tony took the time to explain the process and to point out areas of concern as he inspected the property. He introduced me to the other inspectors working that day on the pool, pest, and gas lines and what they were looking for and their results.

I've been on both sides of an inspection with Patti and the first time was when I was selling my older home. Patti and her team discovered things that I wish I had taken care of earlier. Items such as not having GFCI outlets, a Water Heater that was working perfectly but was so rusty it was about to crumble (I would never have seen that if they didn't point it out). Now that I'm buying I just had to have them inspect the new house to see what problems might be lurking there. And they discovered items I again never saw when I signed the contract to purchase. Items such as broken tiles on roof, leaks on flashing, corroded water pipes. Patti and Tony are an outstanding team of professionals and provide an incredibly comprehensive report of their findings.

Patti is OUTSTANDING!!! we are purchasing a home in FL but live in TX. Patti took all the stress away with one phone call. She took the time to explain exactly what was going to happen and what to expect. She was able to coordinate several other inspectors in different fields to be there at the same time so that everything was inspected in the same appointment. After the inspection she took the time to call me and in such a calm, straightforward informative way explain the high points of the inspection and answer all my question in a way that was very easy for me to understand. When I received the report I was blown away at the level of detail! I've had homes inspected before, several times, and have never had a report with the level of detail including so many photos. Even with all the technical information in the report Patti wrote it in such a way that was extremely easy for me to read and understand. Patti also took the time to thoroughly answer any follow up suggestions I had! Patti you are amazing and I can never tell you how much I appreciate you! You took what was the most stressful part of buying a home out of state and made it the easiest stress free part of the entire purchase!!!
