Valley Home Inspections, Inc. was opened in 1994 to serve the real estate inspection needs of the Roanoke and New River Valleys along with the Smith Mountain Lake area. With several thousand residential and commercial inspections completed throughout our twenty-plus year history we have developed a very broad and deep knowledge base. Technology has evolved to where our inspection reports, which began in four-part carbon books, are now web-based and include detailed pictures. The delivery method may have changed over the years but our attention to detail and the thoroughness of our inspections never will.

Curtis Blevins, President of Valley Home Inspections has been a Certified Inspector of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) since 1997 and a Certified Home Inspector by the State of Virgina since the State began the certification process.
 
The company has been an Accredited Business by the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and has never had a complaint.
