This company was founded by one of the best in the business, Dan Cullen.  Dan was a Chicago firefighter for over 25 years and after retirement Dan started investing in properties.  He had difficulty finding a quality property inspector that was looking out for his investments and started Domicile with the intention of givng clients as much information as possible about the property they were looking to purchase.  Over time he began to realize the importance of not only discovering defective elements in a property but evaluating the structure as a whole in order to optimize not only the energy efficiency of the property, but determining practices or repairs that would prolong the life of the structure.

Dan still performs inspections for the company as well as mentoring and vetting all of the inspectors that work for Domicile including myself.  As the new owner of Domicile I recognize the value and importance of the company that Dan has developed and have added my own engineering expertise and customer relation skills to further enhance your inspection experience.
