Alfredo Fernandez is a consummate professional. He inspects a property as if he is going to buy it himself. He is extremely thorough, and seems to enjoy educating the potential homeowner about the ups, downs, ins, and outs of every aspect of the structure, the appliances, the systems, and every other imaginable detail of the home.
