Shannon Lewis is an inspector who is passionate about his job. He checked every inch of the house and did not leave a stone unturned. His reports are detailed with photographs of each discrepancy. He also gives estimates for needed repairs. He seems to make an overwhelming situation more tolerable. I think he should earn more than 10 stars.
