Left out some key observations in the report. Did not fully inspect the undercarriage of home. When i addressed my concerns after reading the report, he stated that inspection was geared to the structure of the house. And to the the conditions I and he observed he stated that were things that other specialist had to inspect. His report was full of recommendations of companies to use. Like Commercials. On a good point he was nice and knowledgeable but I was not satisfied with the report.
