"Dr. Rod" was fantastic. My husband and I are first time home buyers so I brought along my mother-in-law and our real estate agent(s) for wisdom and support. Rod did a thorough scan of the house and then walked us through the areas of comments and concerns. I was worried I would forget things and was full of anxiety but Rod was great in explaining things in a way I could understand (My background is Legal Research...I know next to nothing about recognizing building issues) and he had a 29 page detailed report (with pictures) up within the same business day for us to review. Thanks for this thorough report. One thing to note: basement #9. "This staining is an indication of moisture on the surface of the concrete." The foundation is not concrete, it's stone. The stone foundation flakes away of you wash as described. It's not mold, but mineral deposits from the stone. I will wipe and paint it white again. Thanks
