I would recommended these people to everybody buying a home. They were very professional and took the time to walk me through and explain everything they were doing. Great experience and Lisa and Andrew were able to answer all my questions while looking at the house. I did not see a lot of things that needed work with the house I was looking at, and it was great to have a professional point these things out. I would recommended Bean to anyone before they buy a house. The inspection report was very helpful and an eye opener. Still trying to buy the house but now I have the necessary paperwork to go back to the seller and negotiate a better deal.
