Over my lifetime so far I have purchased eight homes and I never saw a home inspection that was more thorough than that Performed by Robert Johnson of A1 House Prep. Bob was wonderful. This is our first home purchase. Bob was extremely thorough throughout the inside and outside of the home. He walked us through every room in the house and explained how to correct even the smallest issue. He also explained basic maintenance for the appliances, as well as provided tips to just keep the house overall healthy and maintained. We were really impressed. He also took the time to note areas that could cause issues for children (like railings), and more. Even though we walked through the house with Bob, we still read over the home inspection report and were pleased that it was as meticulous as is in-person report. Lots of photos and details on how and why things should be fixed. Our new home is two stories with a steep roof. I was surprised to see Bob pull out a drone to take up close photos of all angles of the roof. I'm really confident that the roof is in great shape after being able to view nearly a dozen angles of the house. I highly recommend Bob to other home buyers. Thanks Bob!
