I am not a first time buyer, and I have to say Shannon is not a first time inspector. He was quite thorough in his inspection, pointing out even the most minor details. Nice job on the home inspection. We're still working on negotiations with the seller, regarding windows and other items. Question: Would it be feasible to remove the (unvented) microwave above the kitchen stove, and replace it with a hood and vent fan, vented to the exterior of the house? The vent would have to go thru the roof, I think, since the wall behind the stove backs onto the Master Bedroom. Also, would you have any connections with window repairmen, who might be able to repair the broken hardware on the house windows? Some need parts to help the windows stay raised, and some of the locks need help. One other item: Is there anything we need to do to maintain the whirlpool tub? Thanks Bryan Hunt
