The inspector. Barrett Zeinfield, was very knowledgeable and professional. I was in California so I wasn’t able to attend the inspection. My Realtor, Chad Utt, went to the house to meet the inspector and attended the inspection in my absence. The inspector phoned me from the property and went over his findings. The very next morning the inspector sent out his detailed report with his description of findings and photos. Anyway I was very impressed with this service.
