Chris was a true professional. He worked around my schedule and even arrived early to the home inspection. He explained the process before he got started and he thoroughly explained his findings throughout and at the end of the inspection. I felt very comfortable asking him questions and letting him know when I didn't understand what he was explaining. He even went above and beyond to show me the reset button on the refrigerator and garbage disposal. These are the small things that make a big difference when you're buying a home by yourself for the first time! My realtor especially liked that Chris submitted the report electronically with great pictures and descriptions which helped when it was time to request items gets resolved. Great job, Chris!
