Kevin was thorough in his inspection and took the time to explain his findings. He commented on his observations by giving tips on maintaining the HVAC system and considering water temperature in regard to placement of the water heater. With his permission, I used his ladder to see into the attic that otherwise I could not check. He even made a suggestion to check under the stairs to see if there is room for additional storage. I am certainly pleased with his knowledge and professionalism and I would definitely recommend him as your inspector.
