Eric was very professional through the entire process. He arrived on/before time, provided an introductory meeting regarding service, and asked if we had any questions about things we may have noticed in the home ourselves or about his job. As woman, there are occasions when males present a mindset of inferiority, but Eric did not. As questions arose he took the minute or two needed to answer. I will 10 times out of 10 try to have him back out for my 11-month warranty inspection. I was speaking so highly of him and service provided, that a referral was today. How could I not speak about Danielle. She replied to inquiries and email at 9 P.M. That's dedication! Spend a little more to receive an A1 inspection with CeSchultz: the Chick-Fil-A of home inspections!!!

If you are buying a new build home, I'd say it is essential you hire CeS Inspections LLC. There are other companies out there (we looked). Some are less expensive and some have super slick websites. However, CeS Inspections LLC is who we recommend to anyone we know who may need this type of service. We encourage our friends and family to share this information with their friends. You receive professional customer service from the moment you reach out to set up an appointment. You receive a thorough, in depth report with pictures and notations. You receive reminders and helpful information regarding the report and how to apply the report to your particular situation. Perhaps the above is par for the industry. What sets them apart is they know what they are talking about. During the inspection I had questions. All my questions were answered fully in a way that I could understand. I asked about a few things that were really cosmetic and during the inspection, my expectations were reset in a professional way. I was given tips on how to deal with and what to reasonably expect from our builder. They are so stellar because they commit to doing inspections and they do it well and charge a fair price. We have found CeS Inspections LLC to be a solid, honest, professional company. We are scheduling our 11 month warranty inspection with them. If you or someone you know has purchased a new home but didn't use CeS Inspections LLC, I highly recommend they do so for their warranty inspection. In fact, keep their information and the next time you or someone you care about needs a professional, honest and comprehensive inspection, give them a call.

This was an incredibly detailed report that someone who is not a construction expert or engineer, could understand and see references to standard code recommendations. The addition of photos of issues discovered and explained what was needed to resolve the issues is perfect. Just telling someone what they found wrong is one thing, but suggesting corrective measures doesn't' leave you hanging wondering what to do next, or ignoring it might cause. The Thermal Imagining is a tremendous added bonus. I was really impressed at the image of the breaker box with a full electrical load to discover excessive overheating, fantastic. Everyone knows an existing home won't be perfect, some times even new ones, but getting an ideal of what condition or concerns discovered gives a great baseline of what you're purchasing. CeS gave us a report we can use and have piece of mind our home purchase will be a sound investment and what to potentially expect down the road. He was prompt, very professional, extremely personable, and most of all, not in a hurry. I believe the inspection was as through as reasonably practical and possible. Anyone who is considering a home inspection can rest assured CeS will provide you with a very professional and usable report to help you make an informed decision.

Purchasing our second home we knew we wanted to hire an independent inspector to help insure we got the best build possible. Extremely thorough inspection on our new home. The inspection found several issues which we were able to resolve with the Builder. We received a very detailed inspection report shortly after the inspection that identified the issues along with the items that were checked as part of the inspection along with photos that identified the locations. The CeS website also makes it very easy to send copies of the report to the builder and real estate agents. The inspectors were very profesional during the inspection and the initial review after the inspection was complete. I'm a engineer and we were completely satisified with the inspection and would recommend c.e.Schultz to anyone looking for a Home Inspector.

I enjoyed working with Mr. Schultz. He seemed very thorough and provided two 50+ page reports with pictures, and supporting code references, including things I would never have seen with an untrained eye. He was very friendly and took the time to explain things over the phone, as well as to offer advice on how to approach the builder, including tricks they might try and pull. My only gripe was that I wish follow up visits were included to check the repairs, however, in lieu of purchasing another visit, he was willing to view photos I took of the repairs, for free.

Mr. Schultz saved us from making probably the biggest mistake of our lives. We worked directly with neighbors who were selling their home.
