Chris Brown is knowledgeable,thorough,and patient. His inspection was rigorous but fair.He never sounded alarmist along the way and kept the big picture in mind while also seeing the little details. I really feel - after following Chris around and trying to absorb as much a s I could from him - that I learned what needs to be addressed in our future home in a way I might never have been able to if left to my own devices - and I was a carpenter in my youth. Chris Brown is the most thorough inspector I know. He is not afraid to go anywhere in a house he needs to go to see up close the true condition of all aspects of the house. He does not rush, often taking five hours to do one. He makes sure he points out items that need addressing. Trustworthy, professional. Also friendly and polite. The best.

We were told that normally most inspectors do not like to be followed around and they don't like to be asked questions during inspection, but from beginning to end, Chris was willing to stop and explain his findings, while taking the time to answer all of our questions and concerns. Chris did a great job, he was very detailed. He was great at explaining everything aobut our home to us. I would highly recommend Chris and would use him as a home inspector again if we ever move. He is also a really nice guy.
