Jim has inspected about 5 rentals for me. He is extremely thorough, finds defects my other inspectors have not, includes photos and examines drainage & foundation issues better than my prior inspectors. Right after he does the inspection, he explains well what he found wrong, makes good suggestions what to do or who to consult further and emails his written report by the next evening. He encourages me to call him back with my questions once I have reviewed his report.
