Charles Tolbert and his son, Chandler spent a huge amount of their time thoroughly checking over our build for us. When I asked you about the gutters you stated that they were fine. I m wondering how to tell so if you didn't have a ladder to check them out.

Chuck Tolbert with Allstar Home Inspections has been our GO TO Home Inspector for the last 10 years.
