Charles Shaver did our home inspection, and while I was impressed with how thorough he was and the quick turnaround time writing up the report, I'd say I was most impressed by the knowledge he shared with me regarding what the things he wrote in his report actually meant. As a first time home buyer, buying from out of town, with limited knowledge about the various things he found, I really needed someone to hold my hand a bit. Charles spent quite some time with me on the phone both before and after the inspection and I was really touched by his level of patience.
