Very pleased with our recent inspection on May 16th, 2016. Evan completely coordinated the inspection, radon test, and sewer scope which made this part of the home buying experience a breeze. He was onsite not only on time but a little early, and quickly began the inspection. He was extremely thorough and very helpful explaining every detail of his findings as well as providing an opinion on the urgency of certain items. He also helped show us where items were located, ie water shut off, gas shut off, and how items in the home operate. Would definitely request future services from Evan and recommend him and his services.
