Sean was exceptionally thorough, and pretty much saved us from buying a true disaster of a house! His detailed inspection proved beyond a shadow of a doubt that with homes, beauty can only be "skin deep." To correct all the problems on the house--including bringning substatial parts of it up to code--would have cost nearly $50,000. My favorite photo of the inspection report is looking at the sun though a quarter-sized hole in the roof. That photo was the icing on a cake that screamed, "Don't buy this house!!"
