While searching for a home inspection company, what first drew me to Stone Eagle Home Inspections was that it was a veteran owned company. Not only do I believe in supporting our veterans, but I believe that the discipline and attention to detail that they provide was required in assisting me to make one of life's most significant purchases.
Well I was not disappointed. Jeff was early to our appointment and was already involved in the inspection process. After completed, Jeff spent as much time as my wife and I required to answer questions regarding the inspection. He did not limit himself as to what he found, both positive and negative, but took the time to explain why it was important to us as home buyers.
Jeff's reports were detailed, but also easy to read and understand. He included many pictures to go with each section of the inspection with highlighted comments. Stone Eagle also includes reports that other companies charge additional fees for.
I believe another added bonus was when shopping for a homeowners policy the insurance companies went out of their way to compliment the details of Jeff's reports.
I would definitely, without any hesitation recommend Stone Eagle to friends and family.

Wow, what a nice guy. He explained everything that must be done before I can purchase this home and what the smaller items were. We used Jeff twice in our search for a 2nd home as he came highly recommended by our Realtor and we couldn't be happier. He is quick to reply/follow up, thorough in his inspection and clear in setting expectations. Debra asked about any specific areas/concerns when scheduling the appointment and they were all in the report. The report software allows you to go through and create a separate report of items you want taken care of--I was able to forward this easily to get quotes prior to finalizing the contract and as a list for myself. He also recommended a termite inspector who had a very reasonable rate and also was very service oriented and helpful.
