David Stanteen walked my client and I through the whole process in person at the property location. He is very knowledgeable and honest. I really loved the way the report is in his website with my own log in and the ability to create repair reports with descriptions and pictures. I first meet David on a another job which we work together, I was in process of finding a new house an needed an inspector, at which point another employee who with asked me if I was going to use David Stanteen as my inspector which I didn't know at the time. During the inspection I've learn that dave use to work on aircraft and that's why he was really meticulous and thorough in his inspection. I can't really describe the words to describe David but excellent, professional and knowledgeable in his job. My realtor was extremely impressed with his proformance. David was easy to work with and flexible to come out on a Saturday for us.
