Previously, he served as a Senior Certified Building Envelope Specialist for both commercial and residential properties. Achieving this certification required extensive training and education through DuPont, along with successfully passing several proctored exams, highlighting his commitment to excellence.

Throughout his career, Eric completed thousands of observations and inspections, gaining invaluable expertise that he now applies to his own business. He became an inspector to provide clients with honest and reliable assessments, understanding that purchasing a property is one of the most significant investments a person can make.
