Amongst the several home inspections I have participated in over the years (I prefer to be present during the entire inspection process), Wilson's was by far the most thorough and balanced. Though I consider myself to be fairly well versed in identifying potential inspection issues, he made several noteworthy observations I wouldn't have noticed. He directed his analysis to clearly differentiate between cosmetic and significant issues; providing options for further analysis and potential remediation --allowing me to estimate potential expense. Having gone through this process with Wilson, I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending his service, even to a family member. Solid A+!
