I have over 30 years of Actual Building Trades Experiance and Along with being a Certified Professional Home Inspector I am a Tennesse State Licensed Inspector.  The Inspection Report I deliver is Interactive and can be used to develope a Repair List if needed. This saves time from typing a repair request and attaching copies of a report to the request.  As a part of our service to our clients each Home Inspection Includes a 100 Day Home Warranty Serviced by Home Gauge Protect.
