Carl and his association, Joe were very helpful, professional and understanding. My initial home inspection had to be rescheduled due to a mishap in communications. Carl rescheduled without any hassle and Joe was nice enough to look at talk to me about the outside of the property. On the day of the rescheduled inspection, Carl came prepared and ready to work and I made sure to try to stay out of his way. Once we finished he took me all around the house and explained things that he found that needed to be fixed and explained how I should best use some of the features of the home like the shut off valves, sump pump and outlets. Carl was very informative and very pleasant to work with and did not speak down to me which I really appreciated. I would and will certainly recommend Mr. Harris to everyone that I know in need of a home inspector.
