Hello, I am Scott Huff, Owner of Georgia Carolina Home Inspection Service.  I started this company as a result of having a bad experience with builder during a home construction for my own home.  At the time I had never heard of a home inspector, but I remember thinking there has got to be some type of service to protect home buyers!  So that's the foundation for starting my business.  At the time there were only a couple of companies that provided home inspections in the Augusta, CSRA area.

I realize that buying a home will most likely be your largest investment, I will never lose site of this fact, I also know as a buyer you will have a lot of questions as well as a lot of excitement and apprehensions.  I will be there to answer all of your questions.

I am my only employee, I personally do your inspections, I will never send someone to do your inspections without me personally being there.

I look forward to work for you as your Inspector on the purchase of your next home or commercial property.
