I was blown away at how thorough the inspector was. Very satisfied and I feel like I definitely got my moneys worth. I love that he checked all the outlets, windows, doors and everyday items as well as the things you don’t see like missing clamps on plumbing, roof, attic insulation, and driveway for some examples. I was really happy to see the drywall imperfections were picked up and the paint on faceplates, floor etc. I thought it was a nice touch to show the temperatures from hot water, ac and temps at the thermostat. I also really like the documentation that was given to me with all the pictures and description’s with arrows to indicate where he is referring too! Very professional! All in all I will definitely recommend this inspector and if I ever need another inspection I will be calling them.
