I was unable to be at the home during the inspection, Todd called me after completing the inspection with a high level overview. I was able to ask about a few specific areas, he was able to provide detailed responses to these areas of interest. WORST INSPECTION EVER, I WOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING.HE DIDN'T EVEN FIND SOME OF THE BASIC PROBLEM'S. THE INSPECTION WAS SCHEDULED BEFORE WE WERE EVEN TOLD THE TIME. FROM THE LOOKS OF THE REPORT I WOULD SAY HE TOOK SOME PICTURES AND LEFT. THE REPORT CONTAINED NO RELEVANT INFO.
