This was my first time buying a home, and I had very little knowledge of it. Don took the time to explain a lot of things to me in regards to the house, and what to worry/not worry about. The inspection went well and twice he asked if I had any questions. Both times he was patient with me and explained everything making sure I understood exactly what he was saying.
I would recommend him and your company to everyone. He took the time to discuss which walls were load bearing, why they were, and how to deal with them.
Then I received his report WAY sooner than I thought. And it was extreamly detailed. Making note of everything. A huge thank you again!
