My experience with Mr. Rick Harris was absolutely outstanding. He scheduled the inspection within a day or two after consulting with him. He drove two hours and a thirty minutes away from his point of contact. He was very diligent throughout the inspection process and showed much awareness in every aspect of the inspection. He stayed extra amount of time to inspect all crevices of the home in reference to the square footage of the house that he inspected. He was precise in the findings of any work repair or concerns that the home owner might take into consideration prior to closing on a home. In addition, I like the fact that I was comfortable to have had the opportunity to hire him and his team for the work inspection. I like the southern friendliness, the good southern vibes to where I felt a sense of home and down to earth in which a great business should be.
