For the cost of the inspection, I was surprised that the roof was not inspected. I guess if it wasn't such an expensive inspection this wouldn't have been a surprise, but being what it is, that was unexpected. Overall, the inspection was done quickly and thoroughly. Joe had the equipment to measure for gas leaks, which was a nice feature, but it definitely was very expensive. I guess the cost of the repairs found and done by the seller, will offset the cost of the inspection which turned out to be nice.
