Troy was fantastic to work with on the home inspection. It is clear he knows what he is doing, and he is pleasant to be around for the 3 or so hours the inspection takes. I got a lot out of accompanying him during the inspection, learning a tremendous amount about building materials & home systems such as HVAC, but also benefiting from his ideas on how to improve the place to get more out of our new home (worth noting that he is doing the inspection only, not offering any renovation services). This was our first time buying a home and having a home inspection.
