I've moved a few times and Rod is by far and away the best inspector I've come across. Rod is very thorough and looks at every single component, and some in ways (e.g. with thermal imaging) that other inspectors cannot or won't. His report is clear, articulate and concise and he captures all the details with many pictures ... each complete with arrows and boxes.
Rod is very accessible, picked up the phone immediately every time I called, shows up on time, and communicates very well checking in with me and the sellers on scheduling, etc. He's the best... your greatest mistake would be not to utilize Rod's services!
