James Pate was one of the most thorough, kind hearted people I have ever worked with. I called James requesting an inspection on a house my fianc� and I were interested in buying. Within 24 hours he had already set up a time within the week to inspect the house. The night of the inspection he sent us very thorough results with photographs and information on what needed to be repaired. I talked to James several times on the phone about the inspection report and solicited his advice on what was most crucial to fix right away.
