Mr. Davis saved us from buying a house that was beautiful on the outside, but had some very bad problems with the crawlspace and lay of the land. Mr. Davis looked at the lay of the land and immediately said there would be moisture problems in the crawlspace. After thoroughly inspecting the home exterior and interior, he inspected the crawlspace and found water coming over the sill of the foundation (through the cinder blocks). He took pictures of the fungi (maybe mold-black) growth and the drooping insulation. He even helped the homeowner by identifying a leak in the water main into the house. Mr. Davis was very professional and thorough in his inspection of the property I am buying. He was very friendly on the phone and answered any questions I had readily.
